The guy (only person working the counter) then proceeds to talk to the janitor about roofing jobs while we are all waiting. I left and will not be back. Absolutely pathetic service.

Person behind me also there for a passport mailing. And the last person in line to pick up packages. The second person with a passport mailing was asked to step in front of me. The last person got her packages while I had waited already a while. Very unprofessional. Rest assured, I won't be back.
