- APAlyssa PelowJan 3, 20261.0I’ve been to this post office many times, as I manage a local business down the street. I went in last week at 4 pm and the clerk was extremely unprofessional, using curse words and talking on the phone to Bob Johnson about how his vehicle is supposed to have a warranty. His computer system shut down and he told everyone it would be a 5-10 minute wait, totally fine and everyone was patient. The entire ordeal turned into me being at the post office for over 40 minutes waiting, and when it came my turn, the clerk LOUDLY complained about my certified letters, putting me on the spot to the rest of the waiting room and his coworker. I waited my turn and was patient when his system shut down just to be met with this treatment. I took back multiple of my certified letters as to not inconvenience him and he said nothing. I will never, and I mean never, come back to this post office again. I will drive out of my way to go to a different one. Steer clear if you want any resemblance of professionalism.

Normally, the mail carrier comes between 12:00 and 1:00 PM, but I have not seen a mail carrier at all for almost two months. During this time, several important pieces of mail went missing, so I went to the post office. They told me that there was no mail being held for me. The manager gave me an unprofessional response, saying they would contact me by 9:00 AM the next morning, but even after four days, no one has contacted me. I also personally called the places that should have sent important mail to check whether any mail had been returned. They all confirmed that none of the mail was returned. So the question is: what did the mail carrier do with my mail? In the 12 years I’ve been in business, I’ve seen so many people come and go, but this lack of responsibility is unbelievable. This post office is truly strange.
- KVKeena ViniskiNov 11, 20251.0Untrained staff- they made plenty of mistakes while accepting my passport application. One- told me to write the WRONG amount on the check to US Dept of State. Two- charged me for a passport photo taking fee even though I provided my own passport photo that I had done somewhere else. Three- DID not process the 1-2 day expedited passport book delivery I requested in addition to the expedited service. How poor could your training program be? Please train your staff properly and prioritize attention to detail. I had to catch all her mistakes and bring it to her attention after she made all these errors. Why are the customers doing your staff's job?
