- KVKeena ViniskiNov 11, 20251.0Untrained staff- they made plenty of mistakes while accepting my passport application. One- told me to write the WRONG amount on the check to US Dept of State. Two- charged me for a passport photo taking fee even though I provided my own passport photo that I had done somewhere else. Three- DID not process the 1-2 day expedited passport book delivery I requested in addition to the expedited service. How poor could your training program be? Please train your staff properly and prioritize attention to detail. I had to catch all her mistakes and bring it to her attention after she made all these errors. Why are the customers doing your staff's job?

I wasn’t home during the attempt to deliver, so I went to this post office to pick up my package first they said it must of been filed under the wrong number & couldn’t find it I came again the supervisor had me sign the slip & stated we will leave it when we redeliver of course I never got it went back for the 3rd time usps still didn’t have my package the supervisor then told me it was sent back to sender I asked why since I have attempted twice already to get my package the supervisor didn’t have a answer of course I contacted the sender who still doesn’t have the package but provided me the tracking number & I tracked the package on the website it says to schedule for redelivery I opened a claim & they still haven’t found my package! It’s been one month & a half & still no package they never sent it back to the sender
