- WGWarrior GoddezzNov 7, 20251.0Informed delivery by email attached photo of check that should have arrived 11/07/2025 after the confirmation email stated delivered wasn't delivered. No mail at all was in mailbox. This is the first time not receiving a check on the exact same day that informed delivery sends information in regards to my email. Is anyone having trouble logging into their USPS account. For some reason it's not recognizing my username and password. It's not allowing me to login from the dashboard link in my email. Once I logged in on the official website page. It will not allow me to address any concerns. It logs me off then prompts me to login again and says unrecognized account.
- CMCarlos MartinezOct 21, 20251.0Absolutely horrible customer service from the one older heavier guy at the front counter, I came in and asked about a passport and he told me he could only make an appointment for me which was fine I understand and then I asked for help with that and then he starts throwing me attitude for absolutely no reason, he said when and I asked what’s the latest they’re open and he yells at me saying it’s not that damn hard, pushes his screen away and told me pick a day, he said put my email in and I told him I couldn’t, it says tell the clerk my email and he just rolled his eyes, nothing but disrespect for 5 minutes of time
- JTJaqueline TuckerApr 1, 20231.0Racially discriminated against by Lea (clerk 35). I was refused service at 11:44a. I exited the store as three other customers entered and were served. I watched from my car. I then re-entered at 11:50am to be served and to get Lea’s information to file a formal complaint as she was serving one of the four white presenting people who entered after I was turned away. At 11:58am, I told Lea that I was an attorney and that I would be filing a formal Complaint. It would have been easier at that time for her to admit her fault and allow me to send my package to which she obliged. I retuned with my items to mail at 11:59a and realized that I did not trust Lea to maintain the integrity to ship my items without incident or loss. I purchased a mailer and proceeded to East Ridge PO to shop my items. I hope Lea learns from this incident and that whatever deep seeded biases she may have or that whatever is causing her to be a sub par postal employee or contributing to her having bad days improves over the course of her life. The management at this store should re-evaluate their employees so that these incidents do not repeat as patterns of poor behavior and treatment.
