- AGamanda girardOct 10, 20251.0Very rude clerk had a attitude from the start had to bring my 88 year old client who’s in a wheel chair and on oxygen to change his address because he was going to the nursing home and last week we went to post office to get a P.O. Box explained the situation and she only had him do the paper for the box and didn’t bother to tell us we had to do change of address as well so today we have very rude unprofessional clerk who decided after the service to go ahead and press the smiley face for the feedback of the service I told her that’s not what I was gonna pick and she starts getting nasty and saying o I did not help you?and I said u did but u had a attitude and didn’t seem like you wanted to help she continued to argue with me then words were exchange I told her she was very unprofessional and then she tell me ur the one that couldn’t fill out the papers right so then I told her I was gonna call corporate and she laughed at me and said go ahead and threw the change of mailing address form that we filled out into the recycle bin!!! This is unacceptable and will be following up with this my poor resident was so upset at the way she acted unreal. So now I have to go and do it online to make sure his mail goes to the P.O. Box instead of his house

Yesterday the mail box was left wide open with mail inside and exposed. It should have been closed and locked up. Do your job and quit being so damn slack! The hippie looking long haired one to be exact. Very unprofessional!!
- DBDeborah BridgeAug 14, 20201.0I just had a poor experience at the USPS ... waited in line for 15 minutes, then the person at the counter was unable to help me (I was returning an item by mail that I had received by mistake - just trying to do the right thing.) I calmly stated that the customer service was poor ... after saying I understood it was not the clerk's fault, she was following policy, etc .... then she and the other clerk started telling me I was being rude .... I left and went to the USPS around the corner ... was there for 3 minutes -- not hassle, and I got what I needed - including a follow up phone call assuring that the package had been shipped out. The UPS was going to charge me $20 --- I paid nothing at the USPS. When I got home and told my daughter (who I was visiting) what had happened, she told me that everyone avoids this post office because of the poor customer service. I will not go back there even though it is conveniently located. I'll stick with the nearby UPS Store.
