- EWErika WolfeDec 19, 20251.0For four days now I've have watched my package go out for delivery, and every time it hits the delivery window, that window changes to later until it can't be any later and I get a bs excuse about weather or no reason at all. Almost an entire business week failing at delivering 1 package..every day. I wish businesses would stop using usps.

- AGamanda girardOct 10, 20251.0Very rude clerk had a attitude from the start had to bring my 88 year old client who’s in a wheel chair and on oxygen to change his address because he was going to the nursing home and last week we went to post office to get a P.O. Box explained the situation and she only had him do the paper for the box and didn’t bother to tell us we had to do change of address as well so today we have very rude unprofessional clerk who decided after the service to go ahead and press the smiley face for the feedback of the service I told her that’s not what I was gonna pick and she starts getting nasty and saying o I did not help you?and I said u did but u had a attitude and didn’t seem like you wanted to help she continued to argue with me then words were exchange I told her she was very unprofessional and then she tell me ur the one that couldn’t fill out the papers right so then I told her I was gonna call corporate and she laughed at me and said go ahead and threw the change of mailing address form that we filled out into the recycle bin!!! This is unacceptable and will be following up with this my poor resident was so upset at the way she acted unreal. So now I have to go and do it online to make sure his mail goes to the P.O. Box instead of his house
