  I’ve been coming to this store for so many needs over 5 years, last year they hired an amazing girl Ivory. She was FIRED. I have witnessed this poor young lady work alone in chaotic situations, she was an exceptionally hard worker. I was so sad to go in the store and not get remotely the same service or even dare I say compassion. The new people simply do not add up to what she brought to this location, I went over to fedex after my last interaction with the employees just careless and rude. Please I would love to help her with employment that would value a worker like her!

  I paid UPS to deliver a package to this store as a UPS Access Point. The store was unable to accept the delivery, which cost me a week of delay getting my package, three calls to UPS customer service, and additional money to have the package delivered to an alternate Access Point. Will not use this store again.

  Lived in Brighton for over 20+ years and this has been my main UPS store for years for any shipping and most recently Amazon returns. Within the past year this location’s service and cleanliness has dramatically taken a downturn. There are a few employees who very obviously hate their jobs and are miserable to the point where I actively avoid going to this UPS store and end up going into the city, despite it being a 4 minute drive from my house. These employees have been here for a round a year now and anytime I have a question about shipping, issue with the automatic machine, or simply made a mistake on an Amazon return (maybe clicked Whole Foods or a boxed return instead of no box) I am met with severe attitude and disdain regardless if there is or isn’t a rush behind me. I have worked customer service, food service, and been a middle school teacher in the city for years. Never in my life have I dealt with a more demeaning and degrading staff of a store and frankly they should either be retrained on how to deal with customers or transferred to a different location. I should not feel like a nuisance to an employee when I am in and out of the store in 3-5 minutes each trip. I’d also like to mention I have seen them be rude to other customers, but also totally switch up on others and treat others with kindness. They are more than capable of being kind to each customer as any other employees of this business are able.

  I went online and scheduled an appointment for notary services, and when I got to the location for my appointment, there was no notary. Why offer an appointment if you don’t have the service available?
