Rather than being greeted in a friendly manner, I am immediately scrutinized on ANY box I bring in to ship. I am them given a long spiel which almost borders on harassment about my boxes. About how they aren’t sturdy enough, or taped correctly, or this, that, and the other thing. About how management has the jurisdiction to deny my box for shipment. There’s always SOMETHING. There is never anything even remotely wrong with the boxes I bring in. They are all sturdy, secure, taped correctly, appropriate shape...etc. Perhaps they are just adamant on selling products but they’re DEFINITELY going about it the wrong way by badgering a customer as soon as they come through the door. There are helpful recommendations, and then there is undue criticism, which is what I receive each time. Nothing kind or courteous. Ever. Almost as if the staff just hates being there and being bothered by people. This location is right up the road from my work and I absolutely refuse to go here anymore because the staff has completely killed it for me. They could stand to learn about proper customer service and courtesy.
