  Two weeks before Christmas, I took a large number of assorted size, wrapped gifts to the UPS Store in Victor to have packaged and shipped to Phoenix, AZ. The shipping clerk was friendly and didn't hesitate to agree when I asked to watch how he packaged the gifts. As he worked, I was quite impressed with his attention to detail, making sure none of the heavier gifts would damage the lighter ones during shipment across the country. He finished the job in several minutes. The package arrived in Phoenix with no damage to it or its contents. It was obvious the shipping clerk was an expert in packaging and was not intimidated by an interested observer. Overall, a job very well done!

  Have shipped many packages from UPS, most during the holidays. The staff is always friendly and offers shipping options based on desired arrival time and/or cost.

  Great location, friendly staff (sometimes) but wait can be long during busy times. I always seem to be behind the lady with an incomplete address for an igloo in Fairbanks. :) Sometimes staff is working on a project and will not break off to help reduce the line. Staff sometimes can be rude if you don't want to use self service. If I'm going to pay Amazon a $1 for a return I'm not going to package it. I also don't think packages at self service are very secure. Twice an Amazon return didn't make it back. Both times I had tried self service. Never again. Frustrating!

  I had two separate shipments that were quite a few individual boxes. They were major historical family documents, etc. On both occasions, I made an appointment in advance, walked into the store, used available dollies to transfer items from car to store and was taken care of immediately. Angel Lugo, the store manager was amazing. Like clockwork, he measured and handled the charges for the multiple shipments without a sweat. And, I might add that many more customers were entering the store and the other staff member was taking care of them, moving everyone along in a timely fashion as well. The recipient said that the packaging was impeccable and I am most thankful to Mr. Lugo and the staff for enabling me to forward family treasures on to the next generation before I downsized and moved myself into a smaller footprint. It was very expensive but I cannot thank you enough.

  everybodyThis store is so bad. We lost everything we sent, and even bought insurance, but we didn't pay for it. The manager's attitude is very bad, just like a fool's attitude. It's useless to buy insurance with money. It's a shameless attitude to know how to collect it when you lose money. It hurts our hearts too much. Don't go to this store to send things.
