The tracking shows that it was sent to Buffalo came back to Henrietta (not even the right neighborhood), and then The Man on the phone wants to lie to me and tell me that for whatever reason the delivery driver couldn’t deliver it (citing snow and other bs circumstance) when I can see it went to Buffalo because of clear negligence on their part. Then wants to act like the “chosen ups pick up location” is the normal procedure when I can see it wasn’t even attempted!!! Now they want my mother to come drive to pick up the pack. On top of that here’s the kicker: “ups store and ups are not the same company so we can’t help you.” Lol no wonder the country is in the shitter

They lie to your face about your package, charge you for services they do not follow through on, and then refuse to actually assist you when you realize they have lied to you for 3 weeks about a package being delivered. 0/10 Manager was useless, ups claims is useless, customer service was non existent.

Absolutely idiotic as they had a site to send papers to and they got rid of it! Not everyone has a usb drive to avoid this route! And they don’t even inform you of the service charge until after your papers are printed!
- RHRoshane HayesJan 8, 20261.0I think this place has an issue with thievery.. made a in store package that has not been updated for 4 days, customer service said the box didn’t leave location but the team members on location said its been shipped but for some reason cannot be tracked….we paid for a delivery date and it does not look like it will make it because no one can find the package… please do yourself a favor and us FedEx
