- TRThe Sutliffian Report6 days ago5.0I went here a little upset because the potal service did not deliver a package and I needed it there yesterday. The young man at the counter was beyond kind. He was polite and patient. I should have gotten his name, because he made my evening end well.

I have personally brought the tracking number to this Rochester facility and no answer to provide. They offer no help and simply treat you disrespectfully. How am I suppose to get my package is the FedEx employees don't care to track what is going on with it. When they do decide to help, or pretend to help, they provide you with a number that does not exist. Then I go on the website and open a claim, once I am provided with a claim number. A few days later with I type my claim number, the answering machine says the claim does not exist. Unbelievable that this is happening. Where is customer service!!!!
