  I designed a couple posters on my laptop with ease. I used one of their many available filters to make it look even better. It was so simple! After i placed the order, the customer service rep from Staples called to review my design, as he wanted to make sure i knew that one of the images wasn't completely clear. His clear and stated goal was to make sure that i'd be happy with the final product and he was giving me a full explanation of his concerns, then offered the opportunity to make adjustments. That's customer service!!! The posters were done and of high quality in even less than the short time that they had promised. I will 100% use them again and recommend their printing services.

  Terrible customer service. Also lie and say they called you and left a message but there is no missed call or voice-mail. If you need something printed don't make my mistake. Go somewhere else.
