However, picking up my purchase order the female employee didn’t even open the box of cards to go over the purchase which didn’t even have envelopes which I had to return to the store which is 15 miles from my home to get the envelopes. As far as quality 5 star.

I just wanted to buy 1 pack of paper. Instead of helping the line she was rude and dismissive. Another elder customer came for help and she abruptly told them she was working on a machine. With so many people on line and 4 staff printing, she could have facilitated the support. Horrible customer service.
