When I came back the next day, the job still wasn’t ready, and I was told I needed to pay an additional $200 to “accelerate” the project. I paid it, even though I’ve never had this happen before, and I mentioned that I needed everything by 11 a.m. At 10:30 a.m., someone finally handed me the prints only for me to discover they had forgotten half of the order. They called to tell me when I arrived at my workplace. I still tried to solve the situation and sent an Uber to pick up the missing items. Even then, they told the Uber driver he had to wait, laughing, and he ended up waiting for an hour. I can tell all this was done on purpose . Not one person printed anything when I was waiting for the prints there for an hour . This is a dangerous situation .
