No wonder why my wife NEVER wants to use this post office. Save Ridgewood, please.

Absolutely incompetent, poorly managed, a hot mess (not in a good way) and had me one the phone for hours with over 5 different departments and even outside agencies, which almost led me to filing a police report because the manager of this local branch called me directly after a couple inquiries and claims filed and then claimed someone had picked up my package using my ID. An absolute headache but the good news is I managed to retrieve my package in the end. Turns out all this was an error on their end. Go figure.

They don’t seem to care about my mail or anything else. I wish the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) would take action and fix this place and replace with people who really want care.
