I expressed that it was fragile and expensive, and the buyer sent me a photo of what they received. an empty box with no packing materials and the item, which luckily shipped in a padded bag. never again.

This is the most understanding and helpful UPS location with the sweetest workers. Shauaye and Luis made sure everything was taken care of and the price was super reasonable! We were treated with so much kindness on a busy Tuesday morning and they were able to make the impossible possible. Thank you!!!!!!!!
