African American lady answer the phone call being super rude when i explained my issue she wasn’t even willing to help or check on my package not even asking “for tracking info” even pretend to check on it She was very nasty to me “i don’t know and i don’t care where is your package” when i asked for manager she was clamming that she the manager LOL o said okay so can i pls speak with your supervisor or your boss she hung up on me. Clean location guys who work there always so nice but this nasty attitude african american lady definitely need to work on her attitude.

- VGVince GuarnereOct 2, 20251.0I came to the store on Cypress 10 minutes early for my Notary appointment on Thursday 10/2 at 1:20 for my 1:30pm appointment. I came in to three kids sitting on their phone doing nothing productive. I come in to say I am here for the appointment, only to be told, with no advanced notice or care, that the notary was not on site. This is a sad disrespect of people’s time and what a shame that you can’t even receive a proper courtesy or notification that your appointment needs to be cancelled (while also inappropriate same day unless an actual emergency). Hope working society can be better in displaying the appropriate decorum and work ethic, but knowing people in general and their reliability, I doubt it. This is not to be a Karen, but this lack of service with no accountability was rather egregious and unbelievable.
