- LKLenny KApr 9, 20265.0I wish I got the name of the woman that just helped me, she works the afternoon shift during the week. She is a shining example of customer service and professionalism, in a world where it is becoming hard to find. Not only is she always super friendly and welcoming, she's usually running the place by herself more efficiently than offices that are fully staffed run. Just now I stopped in quick on my break as there was a customer online with a big order in front of me. Instead of making me wait, she snuck me in while the customer was looking up something on their phone to get me in and out. Simple things like that show that not only is she aware of the situation but she's going above and beyond to help make everyone's experience great. And I truly appreciate that.

Despite living in a secure building, several of my packages have simply never arrived. This has happened too frequently to be a coincidence. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the local staff, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Rather than offering assistance or investigating the issue, I was treated rudely and made to feel like an inconvenience. At this point, I no longer trust that my mail is being handled properly, and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability. Something clearly needs to change — whether it's delivery procedures, staff training, or internal oversight. Customers deserve better — both in service and in basic accountability.
