- JDJane DoeSep 19, 20251.0I've had multiple issues over the past few months with packages going missing after being marked as "delivered" by the local post office. Despite living in a secure building, several of my packages have simply never arrived. This has happened too frequently to be a coincidence. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the local staff, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Rather than offering assistance or investigating the issue, I was treated rudely and made to feel like an inconvenience. At this point, I no longer trust that my mail is being handled properly, and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability. Something clearly needs to change — whether it's delivery procedures, staff training, or internal oversight. Customers deserve better — both in service and in basic accountability.

He tracked where it was, picked it up and delivered it for me. On a Saturday. 15 minutes before closing. Nothing but good things to say.

The carrier never rang our doorbell either. We have a front door where it should have been left. My regular mailman Dwayne would never do this.
