- ZMZaine McCartneyDec 16, 20242.0The staff here are friendly and the area is clean. However, they have a bad habit of putting other people's mail in the wrong box. I'd understand if it happened every once in a blue moon, but it happens way too frequently and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I've already lost a package because they put it in the wrong box. I've had so much mail this month alone that belongs to another box that clearly has the numbers NOT the same as ours. I'm very concerned about important documents like W2s for taxes, Jury Duty summons, legal tickets will be put in someone else's box and that stuff has personal information that's not meant for others to see. If someone gets my W2s because they were put in the wrong box, someone now has my name and SSN and can do bad things with it. Please do better to hold yourselves accountable and make sure you're putting mail in the correct boxes. This really shouldn't be a constant thing all the time like it has been.

I'm giving it 3 stars for the hours I leave for work at 730 and don't get home till 430 at the very very earliest, so I have to either leave work or hope I can get there on Saturday with the even more limited hours to check my mail.
