  They realize I didn't have all the items to return but he scanned it anyway and told me I can take it to any UPS Store with the remaining item and they will send it out. Only to find out when I go to another UPS Store that because he scanned it I can't send it back with anyone else that I would have to drive an hour and a half back to Rhinebeck to send it out. And the company that I ordered it from doesn't have a easy way to contact them for a new shipping label so this has been a nightmare

  Picked up and packed my item from auction house at a fair price. Good communication. The item arrived, packaged well and on time.

  The workers always have such a nice and positive attitude when I walk in with my excessive amounts of Amazon returns. They make my experience so much easier and quicker, best UPS location around hands down! Mostly encountered British spoken workers and they are THE nicest people! Be kind, they seem very overworked in there

  Caution: Poor Service at This Location I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store today. My wife attempted a simple Amazon return, but the employee at the counter spoke to her in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and refused the package because the outer box was “wet” from walking through light rain from the car. She was shocked by how she was treated and, unsure how to proceed, left the package on the counter. We’ve filed a formal complaint with UPS Corporate requesting confirmation of the package’s status and an investigation into the employee’s conduct. I hope management takes this seriously, because we’ve never had an issue like this at any other UPS location.

  We were helped by a (I think) British man who was extremely kind and helpful with getting our things packaged and sent.
