My wife attempted a simple Amazon return, but the employee at the counter spoke to her in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and refused the package because the outer box was “wet” from walking through light rain from the car. She was shocked by how she was treated and, unsure how to proceed, left the package on the counter. We’ve filed a formal complaint with UPS Corporate requesting confirmation of the package’s status and an investigation into the employee’s conduct. I hope management takes this seriously, because we’ve never had an issue like this at any other UPS location.
