  Service here is terrible. There’s one guy here who actually helps everyone. He’s the cashier and does UPS returns for Amazon. He’s actually friendly and helpful. He should run the store. Everyone else just shuffles you around as they stare at their screens. I felt like I was in a pinball game. Sad. Very sad.

  The prices are wild at Staples. I needed a roll of bubble wrap. They wanted $35. Granted, it was BOGO, but I get the same length elsewhere for $15. The staff always seems sad and avoidant, too. I mostly go to drop of pre-labeled packages. However, my packages seemed to be delayed or weren't tracking correctly after pickups. I stopped going. Luckily USPS does free pick-up at my door and there is a UPS store a couple of lots over from this Staples.

  None of the USB ports on the printers work. They tried to blame it in my equipment, but I've used multiple and none of them work. They're just too cheap to fix them and would rather blame it in the customer.

  Always short-staffed you have to find someone to inquire about it product or order. Also NEVER EVER return Amazon items here. They’re always in a rush and I don’t know if they scan the actual product and I lost a good amount on a product that Amazon never received.
