- MMMichael MarchantJan 13, 20261.0Tell the female version of Shrek (you'll know who she is TRUST ME) to read up on federal code and regulations. You 100% CAN ship using priority labels on non-priority USPS provided boxes. As the previous reviewer mention, went right to East Greenbush and mailed out package in a non-USPS owned box... I was denied mailing with an invalid reason, federally illegal. I will be reaching out to the Postal Regulatory Commission this afternoon.
- SMsudhanva.r. moudgalyaDec 20, 20251.0RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DUMB STAFF THAT DONT KNOW USPS RULES. Worst experience. Would have given zero stars, if possible. The African American lady behind the counter was too rude and hostile from the beginning. Had no intentions of accepting the package. She measured the package size using wrong method, made up some BS rule and refused to accept the package. She asked me to open up the package and re-pack into smaller usps boxes which would have costed me $100 more in shipping materials and $150 more in shipping fees. I took my package to another usps location as is and I was able to mail the package with no issues.
- MKMelissa KakosDec 18, 20251.0I just went in there to insert, return something.And the girl was so rude and mean to me that I couldn't even do what I had to do.I went to staples, they helped me.It literally took five minutes.She was very rude and nasty, so I told her that and then she started screaming at the top of her lungs and calling me ugly.It was very embarrassing to me as I am an older woman.I'm fifty years old, and she made me feel very, very horrible about myself.I can't believe that someone that nasty isn't customer service

Getting bills that are almost overdue before I can deal with them. Mailed a Thanksgiving card in a Rensselaer PO, 5 days before Thanksgiving… it still hasn’t been delivered to an EG address. Its 12/8.. I want my stamp and card $ refunded.
