- KEKania ExilSep 19, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. The delivery driver knocked on my door, heard my two tiny 4-pound Maltese barking, and took off with my package. Instead of leaving it like any competent delivery person would, he just ran off. I immediately called customer service, and they assured me they would have the driver turn back and get me my package before work. That never happened. When I called back for an update, suddenly no one knew what package I was even talking about. Now I’m wasting my own time and gas to go pick it up myself. This is absolutely ridiculous. FedEx is supposed to be reliable, but instead I was lied to, ignored, and left without the package I paid to have delivered. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
