I go here for all of my package drop off’s and never have an issue with bringing my well-behaved service dog in. My reused Amazon box packages have never been denied either. Meanwhile, I went to the Lefrak USPS location only once earlier this year and was immediately met with hostile attitude regarding my service dog, going so far as to deny my reused Amazon box package (claiming that logos were not accepted and that it was a “recent” policy), coercing me to buy brown tape to cover it, then loudly mocking me and my service dog status in front of a long line of customers. Go to this location instead.

The service here is terrible along with the employee. Can’t even show decent respect to customers. Do better with employee training.
