I recently went to Staples the other night for some important documents to be printed and I’d like to highlight Adriana for her EXCEPTIONAL work and service. Her professionalism gleamed through her acts of service for me and she truly came in clutch when I needed her the most. I don’t know whose up for promotion this holiday season but I pray she’s been nice because Santa — you owe her a raise, promotion and an infinite amount of blessings, goodnight.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 20 PEOPLE WAITING FOR AMAZON RETURNS AND ONLY 1 PERSON AT REGISTER AND 1 DOING RETURNS. UNACCEPTABLE!
-Needs new management

I'm in the Retail/hospitality industry so I can appreciate doing underpaid & undervalued. However, how does the manager of this location not make proper adjustments in man power they DO have to advocate l accommodate the customer? It's NOT ok that you have an hour long Amazon return line, very few customers on the floor & multiple cashiers at the registers waiting for costumer purchases doing nothing. Understood this Amazon line isn't bringing your business revenue but it's driving down your customer experience. DO BETTER STAPLES

Lazy, rude employees. Came in to purchase some art supplies and a new desk chair. Was trying out a few of the chairs in the furniture section when a younger Caucasian employee with a box of display items came over to the desk area and slammed the box down on the desk that was next to the chair I was looking at. He proceeded to hang various price signage around the furniture section while huffing and puffing. I ended up getting out of the chair I wanted to purchase and he immediately sat down while saying out loud Thank God. I asked him if there was an issue and he just glared. Needless to say I left without purchasing the chair and supplies.
