- BBBailey BakerAug 18, 20251.0The mail delivery people sometimes decide that they want Mondays or Fridays off, so they say my mailbox is inaccessible when I know that my mailbox is accessible and I actively watch from my cameras, as this is a repeat offense, and they never even drive by or stopped. I have mail that needs to go out and I was supposed to get a package today but because the mail people are incompetent and decided not to do their job my mailbox that I am sending out my now be late to where it needs to go. The worst part is that they blatantly lie about why they decided they doing their job wasn’t their job. This has been happening all summer. Do your job or quit you babies!

It will be 2 weeks tomorrow and it has traveled all across the North East twice, except for where it needed to go. Now I am getting the run around trying to find out why. I have sent this type of letter at least 3 times in the past, and it was there in 2 days. The clerk didn't even key the shipment into the computer before I left. I only got a paper hand written receipt for the amount paid and a generic tracking sticker. For $9.85 to mail a letter, this is obsurd.

I explained that the Post Master General had called me and after an investigation, they discovered that the packages had never left the Alex Bay Post Office. She was very defensive and annoyed and acted like I was crazy for believing that. I lived it. I know what happened.
