- JWJames WegerskiMay 21, 20241.0disgusting people at the front desk, the manager nicole has a terrible attitude and clearly doesn’t know how to do her job according to the customer service higher ups in this district. didn’t see the other girls name but she’s very disrespectful. had a package that never made it to where it was going, completely blamed it on me and also charged me the wrong amount. i’ve mailed tons of packages to the same place (which was a military care package for soldiers that had just been through hell) and she also said “you’re full of it” thinking i’m making up a sob story. all in all terrible place and they should be ashamed of the way they operate

They lady behind him says look through the Sack from FedEx he goes back and still says I can’t find it you’ll have to wait until tomorrow when we deliver it to you. Okay thanks...if you are going to deliver it to me tomorrow it’s obviously here and you just don’t want to take the time to find it. Not very impressed with that gentleman. Last time I went there too it was the same guy I wasn’t impressed with. Everyone else there is very nice and kind. Some people just need to learn to do their job.
