Not only is he professional, sharp, and downright handsome, but he’s also the kind of leader who takes protecting the community seriously. While I was there, he intercepted a suspicious package of South Carolina jasmine seeds—an invasive species notorious for swallowing entire houses. Without missing a beat, Jon reported it straight to the DEC, stopping a potential botanical disaster in its tracks. Combine that with the way he held his ground against a few shady mail smugglers, and you’ve got a Post Master who doesn’t just sort mail—he safeguards the town.
