    Unacceptable service! This UPS Store makes up their own rules and tries to charge customers fees that do not exist under UPS policy. My employer shipped me work equipment to this location. It was delivered Saturday afternoon, and I arrived the very next morning (less than 24 hours later) to pick it up. The cashier retrieved my package, then asked another employee, ‘Holding fee, right?’ She responded rudely, ‘What does it say on the box?’ He then proceeded to charge me a “holding fee.” When I questioned it, he claimed my employer had arranged the charge — which was a complete lie. A few moments before, he didn’t even know such a fee existed, yet he stated it as fact. To make matters worse, he refused to provide me with a receipt — I had to pull it myself from his POS system. After verifying with both my employer and UPS Customer Service, I confirmed this location was completely in the wrong. UPS policy clearly states packages are held for free for up to 7 days before being returned to sender or possibly charged. My package was there less than 24 hours. Not only did this location attempt to enforce their own made-up policy, but they also gave out false information and acted like they knew what they were talking about. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my bank to return the money. They need to stop creating their own rules and follow actual UPS policy.

    I went out of my way to this UPS Store instead of my usual one and won’t make that mistake again. I just needed a small piece of tape for my package, but the manager said they changed the policy last week and no longer offer it. A simple one-time courtesy would have gone a long way, especially since I’ve never had this issue at any other UPS location I frequent. The young lady at the desk was pleasant but disappointing customer service from the manager.

    Mr. Sharma was an unbelievable associate. If Forbes rated shipping companies you’d get a five star rating. I was shipping an important medical device to California. He pointed out the deficiencies in my packaging which would have delayed the arrival. He took care of the repackaging for me and doing this while assisting to other people on the automated terminals. Unbelievable work, bravo!

    Do not make appointment with them. That is not working and they don't even know about that feature. I had an appointment and I was waiting all 3 days to meet the notary, but when I arrived they were supersurprized. No notary was even there. Disappointed.
