    Horrible experience with the guy in the morning. Same situation with another customer I read here. Did people forget to greet and if the customer is greeting first, you just keep quiet? Clearly, he needs to learn the American working etiquettes. Rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. Some can just go to other branches, thank you.

    Great location for a UPS Store! Service was quick and convenient. Street parking in the front and FREE PARKING in back. Anybody using this location, make sure others know it’s there. Good spots can disappear because not enough people know they’re there.

    Brand new ups, Super convenient, especially since it’s right next to the supermarket I usually go to. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great experience overall—highly recommend!

    Terrible customer service. The guy working in the morning, was rude, unresponsive, and made no effort to acknowledge me or assist me promptly—despite there being no other customers waiting. Not even a basic good morning in return? Really, lol. The lack of courtesy and displaying a hostile attitude is unacceptable in any service environment. If someone dislikes customer-facing work, this is NOT the role for them. UPS should retrain or monitor staff more closely, as this experience reflects very poorly on the brand.
