I needed to print a picture off the internet and I was clueless on how to upscale the picture but he showed me how he could make my image bigger and clearer. He was also so patient with my many questions. My print job came out sharp and exactly how I needed it. Alex and his coworkers were all very helpful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
