- VGViolet GreyJan 5, 20261.0When you see the line for Amazon is twice or three times as long as your regular line send another employee to help out as soon as their line has died down or someone else from another department if they are available. This is a good store otherwise but the Amazon line has become a nightmare with the manager walking around putting stuff away or just standing off to the side seeing how long the line doing nothing to help while we wait over thirty minutes to return/pick up packages. You are not understaffed you are instead not managing the needs of your store as they fluctuate throughout the day. Please change this or step up and help the Amazon line yourself to alleviate unnecessarily long lines and support all of your customers- even those of us on the Amazon line. Your store is otherwise empty or with very few customers right now while we all wait as the line keeps increasing. Please don’t punish us if Amazon isn’t paying you enough for this service.

I used the blanks I bought earlier that day. There were problems with the file and the printer. Your associates and I discussed "work arounds" until the situation was resolved. The business cards were actually hangtags for a Winter Bazaar the next day. Perfect! THANK YOU, night crew! YOU ROCK!!
