No customer is getting irate at Staples to provoke these workers. They're only shopping here b/c they didn't want to wait on shipping. This spot needs to restaff or implement AI for self check out and self Amazon return or something... no need for managers and staff to be so hostile.

But it takes five times longer than lines at a Walgreens for them to be able to take returns. This is an extremely disorganized store and they obviously do NOT train their employees well nor do they have enough staff.
