I’ve complained about the post office before, but the more I travel, the more I realize that certain things are just standard. Waiting times, for example—yes, standing in line and waiting your turn can be annoying, but unless you’re 25 or younger, you’re probably used to it. This is how it’s always been. Get over it, especially since the staff here is genuinely kind. When I first moved to this neighborhood, there were a few sour people, but the turnaround has been great, and now I really appreciate this location. If you’re looking for speed, you might have better luck at the larger post office near 34th Street. Otherwise, you know where you’re going—get your mind right. Lines are just a part of life. As for the folks working behind the scenes, whom we don’t really get to see, I have a word or two for them—and that’s why I’m giving this place four stars.

Hostile, arrogant over the counter person and very disrespectful with customers. Never again such a low profile employee place

The WORST post office ever. They always have a line out the door and 1 person working the counter. Slowest service

They close at 4pm on Saturdays so why is there only 1 worker able to take customers at 3:45. Waited and still waiting in line. It’s been 20 minutes. Don’t come here if you’re working on your patience! This is ridiculous. USPS do better!
