Lazy workers, went in to return a package, had a return label that sealed a package but lady with a thick accent told me I need to tape a package. She could’ve simply taped it for me, but no, now I have to drive home and go back just to drop it off. Manager also there to witness it. Would leave zero but places like this don’t actually care about reviews or customer service:)

Since I the moment I walked into this post office to open a PO Box almost 3 years ago, every single experience has been awful.
The woman refused to open my PO Box because I didn’t have the “proper” identifying documents, which was wrong because I have opened multiple PO Boxes in the past. I pointed out on the form where it stated the documents I had were correct and she stated “I know more than the form”.
Since that day almost every employee at this location I have dealt with is miserable, rude and condescending.
They pretended to not know what the paperwork I was handing in was to have my signature on file until I asked for the Post Master (who is extremely helpful, nice and pleasant to deal with) had to “show” her how to process the paperwork.
After multiple negative experiences I avoid coming to pick up my mail at all costs.
These employees need a serious training in customer service and disciplinary action against them.
