- AMAbdel maghnoujApr 4, 20261.0Lazy people working there! Our appointment for passport was at 2.15 on Saturday and we had a confirmation, however the lady refused to take in our application and claimed that the supervisor is not present!

One guy today kept me and others waiting because he was chit chatting with a customer after he finished her transaction. Gossiping about people they both know. The excessive wait times have gotten me parking tickets for being parked in front for over 20 minutes because of the poor service of this post office. Theyre all very nice but theyre deliberately slow and avoid taking customers. I regularly see at least 3-4 people there at all times but only 1 person on the register to help with lines of 10+ people. The rest of them just peer out, see the line and go back to eating their snacks or playing on their phones. Inefficient, poorly run location.

I went there today to tell them the person does not live here she said it happens all over the country I said that’s your answer and she said yes. I said wow and your the postmaster they don’t answer the phone nor do they get back to me. Tara Campbell is the postmaster and has a very nasty attitude but I guess when u are there for a paycheck and that’s it well this way the post office .
