  Printed a banner for me, but then told me I had to go to another location to pick it up, even though the Poughkeepsie location was the location selected. Went to Wappingers and they could not print it, but they told me the Poughkeepsie location had actually successfully printed it and that I had to go back there to get it. I went there at 7:45pm and was told by the manager that they were "closing the store early" and that he could not ring me up for the banner. I have never heard this one from a corporation before! I really messed up as a small business owner by trying to utilize the services of this corporate giant. Staples' business model ensures inefficiency, incompetency, and complacency from their underpaid and overworked employees. They wasted more of my time (=money) than the cost of the banner. We will never use corporate printers again.

  Yikes. I was having trouble finding a tri-fold board for my daughter's Science Fair and went to Staples- yay they had them, until I saw the price. It was $16 for a piece of cardboard plus tax! Already that felt like robbery, but I was in a rush so paid it anyway (stupid me). Then I got home with it and it doesn't even stand up properly because it was folded incorrectly and even when I tried flipping it down one side is about an inch off the table and moves around freely. I understand this may seem like a product review, but it's more than that because it's absolutely absurd to begin with that they would charge $16 for a flat piece of cardboard. I feel like an idiot for assuming Staples being the large brand that it is wouldn't be so blatantly terrible, but nope, once I got home I saw their prices are about 3 times what other stores charge for similar items.

  Excellent service,was not sure where l could find an item, the associate took me right to it, the checkout guy was first class and very fast had me out of there, the products are good quality l personally don't know what I'd do without a Staples nearby.

  Went at 6:45pm on 2/5/26 and the lady working Amazon Returns was incredibly rude. She gave so much attitude. The girl working prints was really nice though, she directed me where to go in a professional manner, unlike the other girl at Check Out. If this wasn’t the closest Staples to me, I would not return to this location after this interaction.
