- ARA RomanovOct 8, 20251.0This could be the worse postal service in the town of Poughkeepsie. The staff members are rude, non compassionate or respectful to their customers. Their staff is not attuned to their customers needs or wants. They also don’t have anyone speaking any other language besides English. I observed several customers asking other customers in the line for assistance as the postal staff refused to help. Something has to change in this town as people like this working in the postal service makes this community worse than is already is..
