This is the main UPS hub in the area, and despite how busy it gets, the employees always go above and beyond for their customers. I often use the self-service machine for returns, and it has made my life so much easier especially since I work in Manhattan and live in Poughkeepsie, I have to order most of my items online. I’m sometimes there every other week making Amazon returns, and the staff is always patient, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciate their professionalism. The store is always clean, organized, and efficient, and the team here deserves recognition for how well they manage everything. Thank you for all your hard work and for making the process so easy for regular customers like me.

- PKPam KondorNov 13, 20252.0Went to this location yesterday to ship a package , the girl that waited on me had zero personality, no hello , no thank you and mumbled the whole time even though I asked her to speak up as I was having trouble hearing her . Even though I checked the screen before she printed the ticket , everything appeared ok to me ( but my eyes aren’t the best even with my glasses on) but looking at the ticket she spelled my name and street wrong and the recipients last name wrong . I’m hoping they get it as the address is correct . I will not be going back to this location in the future . PSA to those who work retail , speak up and speak clearly and try to have a personality .
