  This Staples is bad enough to determine from going to any Staples. I have tried to return something from Shein here (Happy Return) About a half a dozen times, and every single time they tell me the system is down. I have wasted so much gas money. It wasn’t until today that I realized I could also do a happy return at Ulta (pretty close by actually). I happen to pop in and ask if the system was down, and the girl was like - Did Staples lie to you also and tell you the system is down? My jaw dropped. These employees are literally lying to people so they don’t have to do their job. Do you even understand how much gas money I wasted all because the employees are just lazy? I almost missed my return window and would have lost out on even more money if I didn’t happen to walk into an Ulta. If these employees don’t want to do their job, then they should quit and keep jobs to people who actually are going to work. Do not go to this Staples

  Where do I begin? The employees here visibly do not want to work there. In addition, they constantly lie about Amazon and happy return systems being down. I am not the only one who has experienced the lying about the returns. There happens to be an Ulta a few stores down from the Staples, and they said they’ve tried to contact the manager about it because they’re getting an overflow of happy returns, but even the staples manager just laughed at them. on top of this, the store is constantly dirty and disgusting. Do not go to this staples.

  I ordered an ink cartrsge online and had my son pick it up on his way home from his job since it was a convenient location, and if course I needed it yesterday.

  That poor one employee that has to manage the Amazon returns. In addition to ringing everyone up makes me want to demand a raise for him. Prices are too high, even during sales. But if you go on the website to find clearance items, you can have them shipped to the store. So that, and the one gentleman who always tries to expedite everyone’s wait causes me to give them three stars as opposed to one.

  Reading other reviews, I see there's a theme here. I placed an order in the morning for same day printing. Got a call at the time I was scheduled to pick it up and was told the machine was down and they could not process the order. I asked if they could transfer the order to another nearby Staples but they told me the only option was to cancel and place the order elsewhere. At 530pm there's zero chance of getting this printed now!
