- EEEnriqueSep 8, 20251.0HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SUCH A NICE, BIG POST OFFICE IN A LOVELY UPSCALE LONG ISLAND TOWN BE SO TERRIBLE?!?!??? CONSTANTLY LOSING AND MIS-DELIVERING PACKAGES/MAIL BECAUSE POSTAL WORKERS CAN’T READ ADDRESSES CORRECTLY. I WILL HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO HAVE THIS SITUATION LOOKED INTO FURTHER, BECAUSE IF YOU COMPLAIN TO THEM, IT FALLS ON DEAF EARS. CHOOSE FEDEX OR UPS INSTEAD!

- SCSolomon ChakMay 25, 20231.0DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION HERE. I applied for a passport here, but they lost some of the documents. I needed to resend them to the agency and it took much longer. My whole trip got messed up thanks to their ignorance.
- AMAngus MacGregorJul 5, 20171.0The whole USPS is total FUBAR! Certified mail that is supposed to be delivered in two days, still has not arrived after seven days! Tracking information that is not only incomplete, but the information they do give you contradicts itself! Over an hour wait to get a real person on the phone! The automated phone system is harder to navigate than an oil tanker through a toilet bowl! And you might as well be speaking Swahili for all of the good it will do! This is the SECOND time the USPS has screwed me in as many months...... I will never use the USPS again for anything even mildly important!! I pay the extra cash for quick, quality delivery. and once again I loose out thanks to total incompetence! NEVER AGAIN! Next time I'll use UPS or FEDEX, the Post Office can go piss up a rope!
