- SCSolomon ChakMay 25, 20231.0DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION HERE. I applied for a passport here, but they lost some of the documents. I needed to resend them to the agency and it took much longer. My whole trip got messed up thanks to their ignorance.
- JOJim OsbornJun 29, 20221.0After standing by the sign which says "wait here for next available attendant" for 5 minutes (while one employee appeared to be counting money, and another employee processed first one, and then another customer, neither of whom were in line), I was more than a little surprised after BOTH employees were positively SURLY, claiming that they had twice offered to help me. I AM IN THE LINE, I DON'T DESIGN THE LAYOUT OF THE BUILDING. I AM WAITING RIGHT WHERE IT SAYS TO WAIT......AND YOU ACT LIKE I'M AN IRRITANT.
