When I said they were rude because they made me drive home to get tape or purchase their $7 tape because I didn’t realize I had to tape up the box they said “well It seems like we’re pretty busy so nobody else seems to think this.” They refused to ship my package because I said Jonah was being disagreeable. Also after I went home to get tape. So mean. He said he is the owner of the store so there was nobody to talk to. Then the other guy there started yelling at me when I got visibly and verbally upset. I came back inside and gave them the tape as a donation and he ran after me and asked me if I wanted it through my windshield.” I am a young woman and this big guy is running after me so I was scared. He refrained thankfully and put it on my car. A lot of work there but unhappy workers. Sucks that a business so needed in town can be so rude.

They’re always so patient and kind - I go in there at least 2x a week between business and personal - and there is never a time I’m in there that they aren’t friendly and fast - all while putting up with all of us and our crazy returns.
