  Went to return an Amazon package and the signage to the Amazon area is hard to see. Had to wait for an associate to show up and help me. Then I went to recycle an old chromebook and there were no employees at the register, so I left. How do you run a store with no one at the registers? Unbelievable. On top of that, my Amazon package never got registered as returned. And since they don't give receipts anymore, I didn't know until a few days later when I saw a refund still wasnt put on my account. Don't go here. It's overpriced office supply anyway.

  I order a lot of business marketing material every year for my 3 different businesses through staples. I missed the deadline on Saturday March 14th by 10 minutes for same day printing. I called and spoke to a Michael in the printing department. He assured me that my order will be prioritized and completed by closing on the 14th. He said he will speak to the girl closing to ensure mine is completed because I needed it by 10am Sunday morning for a parade. No calls Saturday night. I called this morning (Sunday the 15th) and was told my order has not been started and will be completed by 9pm tonight. I feel as though Michael just didn't want to deal with customers on the phone and said what the customer wanted to hear but did the complete opposite. Had he told me "no, we can't promise that, I would have went elsewhere for the order. Instead I was ensured the order would be ready which was a lie and now I miss a major marketing event. Staples, You lost a loyal business owner client of 14 years. 10 minutes I missed the deadline, thousands of dollars spent over the years, and I get shoved off. Wow.   I popped in to my local Staples to have one of my books converted to wire ring bound. The associate was very, very helpful and said it would take about 10 minutes and I could wait. That's just about what it took. The book is great - so easy to use with the wire ring. He did a terrific job.
