- MTMike TysonFeb 26, 20261.0Delivery drivers don't even get out their car. I have a gate at the end of my driveway with a huge mailbox next to it, they get out their car, they look at the gate, look at the mailbox, return in their cars and leave then mark packages "impossible to deliver". There is a huge mailbox right next to it and they dont even bother. Lazy workers, and really bad employees.
- SHSusan HoffFeb 3, 20261.0One week after a big snowstorm, they are still using the snow as an EXCUSE for undelivered mail. This is especially onerous because it is tax season. If the REASON for such poor service is that they are woefully understaffed, then that needs to be rectified. My sense is that when the post office moved from Port Jeff Station to Terryville, some personnel retired and were not replaced. Simply put, however, they need to do their job and deliver the mail in a timely and respectful fashion.

- ASAJ S.MDec 29, 20251.0I usually don't leave reviews but this Postal office is the WORSE! Months of no heat for their workers, front tellers have to work with portable heaters and coats on. They have excutive hours closing at 1pm on Saturdays, really? That's when most people bring businesses. Service is super slow - Manager is a lazy incompent individual to put it nicely. They have lost our mail and shippings from Dec 05 until now has not been received yet. STAY AWAY. Needs to be closed down. Waste of salary payroll. Use that money for another location and hire younger personnel.
