Did 6 passports here. Ana was very helpful and quick. Went out of her way to make it work for us.

I went in to send a padded envelope that had pictures in it. Also, I went in to purchase two books of stamps. I waited on line for about 5 - 10 minutes. Then when it was my turn, I stated I would like you to stamp "Do Not Bend". Clerk #90 stated they don't have that, but they have a "Fragile" stamp. I stated I would like that. She stated she would stamp it after the line goes away. I stated can I borrow a pen to write more "Do Not Bend" on the envelope. She stated here but step aside so I can help the next customer. When I reminded her I wanted two books of stamps. She handed me one. I stated I asked for two.
Then I was told by Debbie after filing a complaint with USPS 800 number that the envelope was already picked up and that clerk #90 that assisted me promised Debbie that she stamped the word "Fragile" on the envelope and stated how everyone loves that clerk and the clerk was a floater and didn't know where the "Do Not Bend" stamp was. I found out after it was delivered from the receiver it didn't have the word "Fragile" on the envelope. I have a picture from the receiver and there is no "Fragile" stamped anywhere.
There is no excuse to treat a customer like that. Horrible customer service!

Worst phone help. Takes you in circles and is no help. If you need help you need to go to a post office and wait on line

I wanted to purchase a Priority Express stamp to send out. The lady (you know who you are) who "helped" me, clearly didn't understand what I was talking about. Also, she was really rude about it. Management needs work
