  I cannot say enough positive about this store, all the services they offer and the amazing customer service I get there. Maureen is an amazing owner operator and strives to go above and beyond for her customers!

  the worst customer service ever. I would not even call this customer service. I hate to do this but the owner was sweet and helpful and slowly turned into a nightmare/confused person. She would charge my card for fees without my approval, I had a mailbox there. They never answer the phone so the only way to get a response is really by driving there. I showed up there once (1hr drive) and it was voluntarily closed because of an incoming snow storm yet no notice on their voicemail. I am not the first person this happened, they closed early once for their office party with no notice. anyway all my venting to say the following... I showed up to her store to pick my returns, she had overcharged my card for my boxes on hand when she had confirmed an amount to me by email. I get to the store to pick them up and she wants to charge me again... I tell her she overcharged me and I am not paying a second time.. I say kindly look at your emails you will see my info is correct.. She says "I am not looking at emails now... sign this form for the payment and I will investigate later"... I explain that she can simply read the email she sent which I had on hand.. she said. "I am not listening to you!" Then she stated people can't deal with me at the store which I found funny because I have showed up only 2 or 3 times physically over the years and her employee Bethany was more than kind with me (same with her, Maureen the owner) but as time progressed, her google reviews went down and her kindness progressed into nonsensical rudeness. I used to work at a UPS store and know so many people at UPS... do not give that lady your business... she is abysmal. There is a Staples 3 minutes away where you can ship your UPS stuff with and you can get a mailbox at a USPS office. Save yourself from getting overcharged and treated poorly and if you are hesitant about my review being for the sole reason of me being angry at her, I highly suggest you read the other googlereviews.

  Ups is perfect fast and a nice community fast shipping and respectful with boxes
