  So pleased with the people that greeted me at the door and then the fella in the back in the computer area he was super just a super guy and came right out to the truck to talk to my dad who's disabled and he was just patient and thoughtful great guy

  I love this location. I notice that the store is always extremely organized, clean, and well-staffed. The employees here are stellar and I've never experienced anything less than an extremely professional customer service experience. I always witness the employees actively engaged in tasks (helping customers, working on tech repairs, and consulting with customers on the sales floor). They offer a wide variety of services including printing, tech repair, and it even looks like they have merged with what used to be Party City. I recently found out that they offer passport photos here as well. Another thing I appreciate about this location is how the aisles are structured. There is so much room to explore and shop and I never feel crowded, confined, or corralled in this location. The ambient noise here is kept to a reasonable level, as well. Overall, corporate should be aware that this is a model Staples location, particularly considering its proximity to Canada, and I can say wholeheartedly that they go above and beyond in making sure that the customer experiences are easy, professional, and prompt.

  Bought a new laptop computer and the staff was knolagable and went through all options available to me. They ran a quality diagnostic check on the software and was complete when they said it was going to be done. Price was very competitive and I am happy with my purchase.
