The other delivery guy was better than whoever this one is, the other guy at least shouted he was there and gave us our packages that actually looked decent and not like they went through a field being kicked around.

They never sent me a bill indicating the charge for the box which turned out to be exorbitant. Without my permission they charged my card and have ignored my request to process a credit. Be careful when giving your credit card to this company. God knows what they will charge you.
