- EWErika WiendlDec 25, 20251.0I've been there to rent a mailbox and there was a decent person at the counter 4 years ago... I was thinking about going to mail a package through them but after seeing the recent reviews for this store currently I definitely dont feel like my parcel would be handled with care or recieve the customer service I should. These are all real bad reviews that even in the tri-state would not be acceptable (staff would be replaced for issues like this or store shut down temporarily), the manager should get off of Google and stop apologizing and actually manage their staff, its a business not a club house. Won't waste my time with a store with this many bad reviews. Sorry not sorry

I took out the money, but said I was going to complain and she became hostile. She accused me of threatening her, but she changed her tune when I pointed out that the conversation was being recorded. She had my package returned to UPS on Banker street. She implied the UPS corporation would not allow me to share the video. Her final comment was to never return to her store.

The other delivery guy was better than whoever this one is, the other guy at least shouted he was there and gave us our packages that actually looked decent and not like they went through a field being kicked around.
