She ignored me or told me to go somewhere else. Luckily, I went elsewhere for my copies; it was much cheaper!! Last time for me at your store.

It was empty except for 2 customers at self serve copiers. Employees were chatting amongst themselves and wandering around. I went to the print desk and waited for 2 employees to finish their private conversation about his watch before she finally decided to ask what I needed. I told her and the 2 employees checked the hand held. She said “oh yeah. There it is. I wasn’t paying attention”. They took forever to pull it and when I asked what took so long she said “oh we’ve been really slammed”. There was no one there and they weren’t doing any work. I don’t really care it took a little longer it’s just the blatant lying.
