  Bought a new laptop computer and the staff was knolagable and went through all options available to me. They ran a quality diagnostic check on the software and was complete when they said it was going to be done. Price was very competitive and I am happy with my purchase.

  This was the worst customer experience I have had in a while. The customer service was horrid, from the kid at the cash register to the old man at the easy tech desk. I placed an order online before the store opened, I waited about an hour and a half to go in the store after they had opened since it said 30 minutes to pick up. I was fed lines about how snow was making the servers slow. That is not how servers in datacenters work... but ok. So, I left the store, and drove home and the order was immediately fulfilled. It was some gross little power trip. It makes sense as when I asked about my order in store, you could tell that they had not reviewed the orders that needed to be picked yet and were trying to pass it off as something else. I will make sure to order on Amazon next time...

  I went to the store yesterday evening and was not a customer at all!!! A young girl at the photocopy counter tried to offer me service every time I asked a question. She ignored me or told me to go somewhere else. Luckily, I went elsewhere for my copies; it was much cheaper!! Last time for me at your store.
