The box is clearly marked as fragile and containing liquids and has directions as to how the box should be handled (it should be layed flat horizontally) and the delivery person leaves it standing vertically upwards every single week. I have called twice to make complaints, left signs on my door and yet every single week they still do the same thing. They're probably doing it on purpose at this point.
