We've had repeated issues with large packages being left on top of our community mailbox instead of being delivered to the door, including being left outside in the snow and rain. Now I am waiting on a package and for some odd reason it said it was held at the post office per customer request, which is not true. And now after arriving in Pine Plains, it has been sent to the Queens and Newburgh distribution centers for reasons I can't imagine. I've tried calling this post office multiple times now and they don't answer the phone, it just goes to a full voicemail box. Worse than useless.
