- JLJuana LaforgiaMar 28, 20251.0They’re a disgrace. I informed them about my situation, explaining that I couldn’t pick up my packages because I was leaving the country and asked if my friend could pick them up for me. They said yes. But when the day came and my friend went to get them, they refused to give him my package. On top of that, when I went to pick it up again, they had returned it to the website I bought it from without any prior notice.
