- BBBASEWON (BASEWON)Feb 8, 20261.0Consistently "attempted delivery" and saying driveway inaccessible which is a total lie. The only way you weren't able to access is because you never attempted to. Also the large packages stuffed in the mailbox is ridiculous.
- DLDaisy LeBronFeb 7, 20261.0The only reason that I gave one star for this review is because I couldn't give zero stars. The people that work in this location are rude and nasty. I will never conduct business at this location ever again. It's one thing to inform people about what's going on with their packages when there's a misunderstanding with the tracking information which doesn't update at all on a timely basis, but it's an entirely different issue when the supervisor comes out from the back and just keeps repeating over and over again... well you don't have a mailbox... about a package that is showing as still in transit but apparently they had sent it back yesterday morning. I had to ask her to stop repeating herself because I felt like I was being condescended to. Absolute worst experience ever. The people here were zero help. I will never recommend this post office to anybody, including any of my customers or anybody that I know.

I’m not sure how rude people with disgusting attitudes work in public service.
- EEElevatedAug 7, 20241.0I would genuinely say as a business owner who is here to ship multiple packages multiple times a day that this is the worst post office I have the displeasure of using. There is not a day that I don’t have to wait less than 10 minutes to do a 10 second package handoff. The older woman with grey hair is absolutely miserable and unkind with 0 customer service skills. The other women who work here are just outright slow and seem unmotivated to do their work. I despise walking through that door, every.single.time.
