Literally they get paid to deliver packages but only when convenient. Clearly attitudes from past century. Never had issues with Amazon, UPS, FedEx or other postal service.

But the hours, delivery issues, damaged packages, and unpleasant attitudes of some of the staff make it a very negative experience. And, unfortunately, a great deal of my online ordering through Amazon is done through USPS, and so I can't utilize another carrier (I've tried). :(
