- SSSydney SchlittMar 6, 20231.0I came in a few weeks ago to mail out a package. The middle aged lady at the front desk proceeded to laugh at me because I didn’t have my own tape. I patiently waited for her to be done making fun of me in front of two other individuals waiting their turn for her to respectfully answer my question (i had never mailed out a package here before). I have never experienced such rude service. I came back with the 3 inches of tape i was publicly humiliated over, and had my boyfriend bring it in instead so i did not have to deal with this individual again. Very sad and disappointing to see from someone of that generation. I hope to see someone with better customer service skills work at such a public place. For the grown adult, that’s embarrassing, learn to do better.
